Salon Policies

Running Late

If you fail to arrive by your agreed appointment time, you forfeit your appointment time and may not receive all or any of your scheduled services. Your entire appointment will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time and you may be charged up to 100% of your service fee.

Cancellations

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide a 24-hour notice. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24-hours of your reservation will result in being charged 50% of your service fee. No shows will automatically be charged 100% of your service fee. Booking an appointment online and/or over the phone is an automatic agreement of the cancellation policy.

Changes to booked services

I require a 48 hours notice of any changes to the services booked. Upon booking an appointment, I am reserving a set amount of time to accomplish the services requested. A last-minute change to those services does not give me sufficient notice to adjust my busy schedule and therefore results in a loss of wages. To recoup this loss of wages, there will be a charge for 50% of the services that were cancelled. *Small changes are of course acceptable. No Shows

No shows will not be permitted to book future appointments. If you are running late or cannot make your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.

Sick Policy

If you have been exposed to someone who is sick or have been exhibiting symptoms, you need to reschedule your appointment ASAP! I will do my best to make my schedule accommodate you in a timely manner. I do not typically enforce my last-minute cancellation policy due to illness, however if this becomes a pattern of behavior for a guest, I will start to charge a cancellation fee.

Adjustments

Small adjustments for all services can be made free of charge within 7 days of services performed if not 100% satisfied. Please reach out via text as soon as possible for an adjustment.

Guest/Child Policy

I love your children but due to safety concerns and limited space, I kindly ask you to not bring your children to your appointment. If you are without childcare during the time of your appointment, I ask that you please reschedule in a timely manner. This policy is to ensure that you have a relaxed experience at the salon and is made with your child's safety in mind. 

Please do not bring anyone who is not getting serviced to your appointment. (Friends/Partners/Others)
